It was the moment Miley Cyrus decided to smoke a joint(weed) on stage at EMA Awards, she goes ahead and thank all her fans and EMA for the Best video Award for the Biggest Hit of this year "Wrecking Ball". Miley says, she knew that people would like if she will light up a joint on stage. She say "you know you're a Stoner, when your friends make you Bob Marley Cake on your birthday and admits she smokes way too much too much f****** weed.
She continued, "some people over think stuff so much, i was in Amsterdam in I knew people would love it and they did go crazy when i just did that".
